PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

This website (“Site”) is owned by Debra de Villiers, trading as “Firehart”. The Site promotes the sale of Fireharts’ creations. By shopping or browsing on this Site, you: Agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to them.

As Fireharts products are custom made per order, receiving your order will take around 4-6 weeks depending on amount of orders placed at the time, and the time of the month that you order is placed. Orders placed in April will be delivered sometime in May. So you will get your order the month after you placed it. Orders may arrive much sooner, like in a few weeks, depending on production capability. If you would like to receive your order sooner, by a certain date for any reason, please let us know via email and we will do our best to get your order to you in time.

For local South African delivery – you may choose between Aramax door to door ( R100), or the postoffice which is much cheaper (R35). Firehart takes no responsibility for delays or issues via these companies.

International Delivery –

If you are unhappy, for any reason, with your Firehart item, please let us know via email – debra@firehart.co.za. If your reasons for wanting to return the item are valid, Firehart will gladly exchange the product for another one. Items may not be returned if they simply don’t fit – there is a size guide for you to measure and make sure that you receive the correct size. If the size you order still doesn’t fit, you could sell the item yourself and order another, or you may return the item to Firehart and we will assist you to sell it. Once it has been sold then we can replace with another size.

The postage cost to return the item will be for your cost, and will then be refunded to you ( depending on reason for sending back) if the item arrives back to Firehart in mint, brand new condition. We will send out a new item to you at no charge. If you would like a refund, this can be discussed and arranged, no problem!

The Products displayed on this Site are subject to availability of materials. Firehart reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications on Products offered on this Site without incurring any liability whatsoever.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Products that appear on the Site. As the actual colours you see will depend on your computer’s monitor. I cannot guarantee, however, that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Colours may be slightly different on the finished printed item you receive. Also the product images are a digital representation and the layout and placement of design elements may differ slightly on the printed product once placed on the clothing pattern.

There are too many designs ( Firehart loves going on a creative rampage and wants to offer you variety) –  and its too costly at this stage for Firehart to pre-order stock each product in each size – items are made for per order only. If you are unhappy with your item ordered as it is a slightly different to what you see on the website, you may exchange it for another item or ask for a refund.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in all materials, including trademarks, logos, photographs, images, text and other graphics which form part of the Site are owned by Firehart.

Any use of materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the unauthorised submission, removal, modification, dissemination, copying or distribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content, without the prior written consent from Firehart is prohibited and constitutes an unlawful infringement of the intellectual property rights of Firehart.

We may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time without notice to you. Any amendments will take effect immediately on posting of the amendments on the Site. You shall be deemed to have accepted any changed terms should you continue to use the Site.

Firehart will endeavour to ensure that your personal information and/or Credit Card details are protected as they travel over the Internet. Given the current state of Internet technology however, there is no guaranteed secure transmission of data over the Internet. Therefore Firehart cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or which we transmit to you.

You expressly agree that use of the Site and any aspect relating to the use of this site and products, is entirely at your own risk.
